How do I return the goods to you?
The return costs for your return are to be borne by you, we also want to promote conscious ordering behaviour!
Returns with insufficient postage cannot be accepted.

What do I have to consider when returning goods?
The goods can be returned without giving reasons. The goods must be unwashed, show no signs of wear and all original labels must still be attached.

When will I get my money back?

Your money will be refunded within 14 days at the latest. The decisive factor for the deadline is the receipt of your account details or the processing of your return with the available data from the returns consignment note. If you have paid by PayPal or credit card, we can refund the money automatically. If you paid in advance, we need your account details in order to process the refund. Please check the data before you send it to us, as incorrect or incomplete data may result in an extension of the refund period.
